10/1 Sunday- HIIT Class (2:30 pm)
• Complete lower body workout
• glutes, hamstrings, quads and calves
• cardio and core
10/3 Tuesday- HIIT Class (6:30 pm)
• Core stability
• Cardio
• Upper and lower body strength training
10/5 Thursday- Resistance Training w/cardio (6:30 pm)
• Resistance bands, no weights
• Great for beginners
• Will help tone and burn fat
